File problems

This form page is for reporting abuse. It should not be used for reporting download problems, or problems with the files themselves.

Free server issues

If a file is not yet available on the free server, please keep in mind that it may take some time for the file to be synchronized to the free servers. Usually this happens within half an hour of its initial upload, but in times of congestion this may take longer. Please be patient. If you see this happen for multiple new uploads, there may be a problem, and you can be sure that an admin is looking into it. Keep an eye on the Discord for talk of ongoing maintenance.

Paid server issues

If you subscribed for the premium subscription, connected your account and the Patreon download buttons still redirect you to the subscription page, it is likely that you need to log out, clear your browser cache and log back in, before you can resume downloading. Please validate that you've done this before contacting us through Patreon, Subscribestar or email.

File/model problems

Open3DLab only ensures that the files uploaded to the site are synchronized to all geographical server locations with integrity. You can use the MD5 hashes provided with each file to verify the integrity of the file you downloaded. Providing support for the files uploaded to the site is the sole responsibility of the uploader. Do not contact site staff for issues with assets downloaded from the site.

Common solutions include:

Reading the project description.
Following the instructions of the uploader.
Ensuring you are using the right software, and software version that is needed for your file.
Ensuring you have the necessary plugins installed.

Copyright infringement

Please follow the Notice and Take Down procedure as outlined on our FAQ. It is copied below for convenience.

IMPORTANT: Do not file takedown notices on other people's behalf unless you have obtained power of attorney or have otherwise obtained the legal right to act on behalf of the rights holder. Reports not following these instructions will be ignored. People who use this report page to wrongfully file copyright complaints will have their reporting permissions revoked.

If your content was uploaded to this site without permission, please contact the site staff through dmca@open3dlab.com. Your message must:

Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon (i.e., describe the work that you own).
Identify the content on the site that you claim is infringing on your copyright (preferably include a hyperlink to the offending content)
Identify yourself as being the legitimate rights holder of the copyrighted work that is being infringed upon. (i.e. proof of identity and documentation that links you to the copyrighted work as being the rights holder)
Provide a reasonably sufficient method of contacting you. Email address is preferred.

If the information is accurate, the site staff will remove the infringing content. Note that this process may take several hours or days depending on the staff's availability.

Rest assured, we take content reports of this type very seriously. Please provide the necessary information about the content you're reporting, and why you believe it is in violation of site policy. Be verbose, be specific, and cite sources so site staff can easily verify your claim.
