Free server issues
If a file is not yet available on the free server, please keep in mind that it may take some time for the file to be synchronized to the free servers. Usually this happens within half an hour of its initial upload, but in times of congestion this may take longer. Please be patient. If you see this happen for multiple new uploads, there may be a problem, and you can be sure that an admin is looking into it. Keep an eye on the Discord for talk of ongoing maintenance.
Paid server issues
If you subscribed for the premium subscription, connected your account and the Patreon download buttons still redirect you to the subscription page, it is likely that you need to log out, clear your browser cache and log back in, before you can resume downloading. Please validate that you've done this before contacting us through Patreon, Subscribestar or email.
File/model problems
Open3DLab only ensures that the files uploaded to the site are synchronized to all geographical server locations with integrity. You can use the MD5 hashes provided with each file to verify the integrity of the file you downloaded. Providing support for the files uploaded to the site is the sole responsibility of the uploader. Do not contact site staff for issues with assets downloaded from the site.
Common solutions include:
- Reading the project description.
- Following the instructions of the uploader.
- Ensuring you are using the right software, and software version that is needed for your file.
- Ensuring you have the necessary plugins installed.
